Hi! We're doing another one of these, and you WILL read it since it's from the cooler admin.

First off, we got all the esters! We are pending external testing before sale, as any homebrew lab should do before selling products. Also spray (soon)! That's cool!

Second off, one of the biggest complaints we have received is that our shipping was slow, so to fix this, we finally have someone else doing the shipping. Up until now, I was handling all production of vials and all the shipping, which is why it took so long to ship stuff out sometimes. Now that that work is delegated to another person, orders should go out within three days and I can focus more on R&D and production!

Third off, we have better lab equipment now!

There have been crimp issues in the past, so we purchased one of these! It's an electronic crimper and it ensure that every crimp on every vial is perfect, so we can make the best vials out there!

We've also had a bunch of other lab upgrades recently, but I won't bore you all to death with CSP-5 information.

There's some cool stuff in the works, and we're doing everything over here to make Symphony Labs as good as possible.
